Return Window: Specify how long customers have to return items -30 days . This timeframe should balance customer flexibility with business feasibility. 

Condition of Items: Clearly state the condition in which items can be returned. For example, items may need to be unused, in original packaging, or have tags attached. 

Refund Options: Explain how refunds will be issued—whether customers will receive a full refund,  or an exchange for another item.

if no, Customer will be responsible for return shipping costs .
