Welcome to LOCKFIXINC’s Delivery Guide. This page explains how we ship your orders, delivery times, fees, and important conditions.

2. Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping options (availability may depend on your address and order):

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location, shipping method, and order value.

International shipping fees vary by country and will be shown at checkout.


4. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after      payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed      on the next business day.

  • During peak periods (sales, holidays, campaigns), processing      times may be slightly longer.

You will receive an email/SMS once your order has been confirmed and another when it has been dispatched.


5. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

    • Standard delivery: [1-2 DAYS]

    • Express delivery (1-2 days]

 

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to courier delays, customs inspections, weather, or other factors beyond our control.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email/SMS.

You can track your order using:

7. Delivery Attempts and Undeliverable Packages

If you are not available at the delivery address:

  • The courier may attempt redelivery or

  • Leave a notice for you to pick up the parcel at a specified      location (e.g., post office, parcel shop) or

  • Contact you by phone using the number provided at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or repeated failed delivery attempts:

  • We may contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping      fees may apply), or

  • Process a refund excluding the original shipping fee,      depending on our policy and the condition of the returned goods.


8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (for International Orders)

For international shipments:

  • Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and      customs fees charged by your country’s customs authority.

  • These charges are typically not included in our product      prices or shipping fees and will be your responsibility.

  • Customs policies vary by country; please check with your local      customs office for more information.

If you refuse to pay customs fees and the parcel is returned to us, we may deduct related costs from any refund.


9. Delivery Issues and Damaged Parcels

Please check your parcel upon delivery.

If you notice:

  • Visible damage to the package

  • Missing items

  • Wrong products delivered

Please:

  1. Take clear photos of the parcel and items, and

  2. Contact us within 3 days of deliverywith your order      number and evidence.

We will investigate with the courier and offer a suitable solution in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.


10. Address Accuracy and Changes

  • Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and      recipient name are correct before placing your order.

  • If you need to change the delivery address after placing an      order, contact us as soon as possible.

    • Changes may not be possible if the order has already been       processed or shipped.

    • If a change is possible, additional fees or longer delivery       times may apply. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused       by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


11. Special Instructions

If you have special delivery instructions (e.g., “Leave at reception” or “Call before delivery”), you can add them in the Order Notes field at checkout.

We will pass these notes to the courier, but we cannot guarantee they will always be followed.
